Una vez más, illa no pudo estar aquí pero no es por falta de intentos. La madre de Illa había ido en un viaje largo. Así que nos dieron en el 1974 Dodge Dart. Fuimos a dar una vuelta a El Segundo para celebrar el Cinco de Mayo. Nos encontramos con un hombre de baja estatura llamado Pedro. Él nos dijo que pronto donde podíamos encontrar un lugar de comida rápida. Llegamos allí, comía la comida, y cuando terminé mi ponche de frutas, que nos fuimos. Nos dirigimos de vuelta a casa cuando de repente illa, dijo, “tenemos que volver.” Yo dije, “¿por qué?” Entonces illa respondió: “Yo dejé mi cartera en El Segundo.”

This week’s sample comes to us from master vocalist Marco Antonio Muñiz. Loved by his home country of Mexico, his second home of Puerto Rico, as well as just about every other country throughout Latin America, Muñiz’s voice has captured the hearts of many. Muñiz’s voice will now play the captive to this week’s WBS producers in celebration of El Día de la Batalla de Puebla.
